The AVENTICS™ XV05 Compact Series provides a reliable and versatile basis for both compact handling systems and complex automation solutions. Designed for modern factory automation, it combines a robust aluminum baseplate with configurable valve functions, high flow performance, and full fieldbus connectivity to meet global industrial demands.

The XV05 offers flow rates up to 1000 NL/min, optimizing the flow-to-size ratio to achieve outstanding pneumatic performance in the smallest possible footprint. With front, side, or bottom pneumatic ports, it enables maximum installation flexibility — ideal for compact control cabinets and machine-mounted configurations.

Connectivity is ensured via the XVES Connectivity Module, which supports a broad range of electrical interfaces:

• Direct wiring via D-SUB 25 / 44 pin or spring terminal strip.
• IO-Link communication capability.
• Fieldbus communication through PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, Powerlink, Modbus TCP, AS-Interface, CANopen, and Profibus DP.

The XV05 is compatible with universal BSPP and NPT thread standards, allowing one system to serve global markets without adaptation.
It also includes a built-in web server for intuitive access to status and diagnostic data, simplifying commissioning and maintenance while minimizing downtime.
