Expert Transient - Full control over every signal
The Expert Transient records analog and digital measured values fully synchronously, enabling precise temporal analysis of event chains. Data is stored permanently or triggered - including the pre- and post-history of an incident.
- Everything in view - even with fast processes - Expert Transient records analog and digital signals fully synchronously with a sampling rate of up to 50 kHz per channel and 24-bit resolution. This means that even very short disturbances or fast signal progressions are precisely detected and reliably documented.
- Flexibly measure what really counts - With permanent or triggered recording, the measurement strategy can be optimally adapted. Thanks to flexible trigger conditions, pre- and post-histories of events can be recorded precisely.
- Precision and safety in every detail - Up to 16 galvanically isolated analog inputs and 4 synchronous digital inputs ensure exact reconstruction of event chains. The system can be expanded to more than 100 channels via the CAN interface - for maximum flexibility.
- Fast response in an emergency - Fast digital outputs are available if limit values are exceeded. In addition, alarms can be triggered automatically by e-mail or SMS - for immediate information and maximum safety.
- Reliable data storage without compromise - All measured values are securely stored in the internal 32 GB memory or backed up in parallel on an external NAS. This means that no data is lost - even with long-term recordings.
- Time synchronization for clear analyses - Measured values can be precisely synchronized via GPS, NTP or PTP. This allows even complex systems to be analyzed precisely and fault events to be tracked to the millisecond.
