Plug-in valve designed to be carbon neutral, highly reliable, and easy to use.

Durability of 120 million cycles. Minimal air leakage even after long-term use.

While the equipment is not in operation, air leakage is minimized to help reduce CO2 emissions.

Two valve widths, 10mm and 16mm, are available.

A wide lineup of spacer options that can be retrofitted to the valves are available. Spacers can be added to manifolds to accommodate sudden changes in equipment specifications.

Air supply spacer, exhaust spacer, perfect spacer, spacer type regulator. P, A or B regulators can be selected.

[Carbon Neutral]
Thoroughly improved valve design in areas prone to air leakage. This plug-in valve is the culmination of CKD's commitment to energy conservation, even over long periods of use.

[High Reliability]
The TVG series has achieved a durability of over 120 million cycles* by optimizing the sliding parts.
Stable operation due to low friction sliding supports the reliable operation of the actuator, realizing stable operation of equipment and reduction in quality fluctuations.

[Plug-in Valve with Excellent Workability]
Additional actuators can be connected by plugging in the wiring. Spacer parts can be easily retrofitted.

[Positioning support available as standard]
Positioning support is provided as standard, enabling anyone to easily position the valve and base.
Since the gasket is built into the base, there are no falling parts when an actuator is added.

[Wireless Support: IO-Link Wireless Device Unit]
The lineup includes an IO-Link Wireless device unit, and an uninterruptible wireless system that can be used for control.
The lack of output points on the rotary table can be solved by wireless communication.

[Compatible with Remote I/O RT Series]
Can be connected directly to Remote I/O with 4096 input/output points.
