Profibus Conference Programme announced
The UK Papers Committee has made its selection from the abstracts submitted and has published the draft agenda for the PROFIBUS International User Conference at Coombe Abbey, Coventry, UK 27 & 28 June 2006. The conference this year has a strong "User" theme covering system design, implementation and maintenance. The programme incorporates papers covering process, manufacturing and materials handling applications using PROFIBUS, PROFINET, Wireless, AS-interface and safety technologies. As in previous years, the conference incorporates an exciting programme of hands-on sessions, where equipment and techniques are demonstrated using real devices. These sessions will include audience participation with many opportunities to explore how PROFIBUS equipment and techniques are used in practice. The carefully organised schedule means that delegates can attend hands-on sessions without having to miss an important presentation. The programme of parallel conference presentations, hand-on practical sessions and exhibition mean that this event is a "must" for anyone involved in, or thinking about, fieldbus, intelligent instrumentation and actuation, networked control systems applications.
